What's Happening?
If you get an email from us saying we detected an error with your email connection, you're seeing error messages or your emails aren't being processed automatically, your Gmail connection needs to be refreshed. This usually happens when:
Your Gmail authorization has expired
You didn't grant all the necessary permissions when first connecting
Google has updated their security settings
How to Fix It
Step 1: Disconnect Your Current Gmail Connection
Open Melo > Pod > [Your Name]
Find "Automated Emails from"
Click the trash can symbol next to your Gmail account
Confirm you want to disconnect
Step 2: Reconnect with Full Permissions
Click + symbol to connect again
Important: When Google asks for permissions, make sure you check ALL the boxes.
Click "Continue"
Step 3: Test It Out
Send yourself a test email that matches your filters (like one about "baseball" if that's a filter you set up)
Check if it gets processed within a few minutes
